Denise is a licensed Massage Therapist that has been practicing massage since 2008. She graduated from East West School of Massage Therapy in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania where she was trained in Therapeutic, Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Infant, Chair and Hot Stone Massage. Over the years Denise has worked in different types of settings performing Massage including her own practice and has been drawn too many different modalities. Denise continues to enlighten herself with Continuing Education to be able to better care for her clients and students she teaches. Some other modalities Denise has been trained in over the years are Lomi Lomi, CST, MLD, Cupping, Gua Sha, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Lava Shells to name a few. Denise is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and greatly enjoys teaching parents how to give their children massages. She has been a member of ABMP since 2008 and has been teaching Continuing Education Classes to Massage Therapists as an NCBTMB Approved Provider since 2013. Over the years as a Holistic Provider, she has gravitated towards helping other in a natural way and has also become an Herbalist. She holds Workshops and One-on-One herbal classes to teach other how they can use Herbs to heal themselves and their families. She also makes her own products to help others in her community and other communities live a more natural life.

Jeremy is certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist in both Pennsylvania and Florida. He is also an NCBTMB approved provider and a CPR Instructor certified under American Heart Association. Jeremy has received his Personal Training Certification through NPTI in Philadelphia in 2008 and has been taking ongoing courses to insure his training clients the best results and the newest
techniques. Jeremy also obtained a license in massage therapy after attending Lancaster School of Cosmetology and bodyworks in 2019 and continues to grow as a therapist. Extending his education past massage school Jeremy has taken many courses to enhance his knowledge in this industry. Some modalities he has been trained in over the years are, K-Taping, Advanced Cupping, FMT Blading, and Gua Sha to name a few. Jeremy is passionate about the work he does and is always learning in order to share his knowledge about both personal training and massage therapy with others. Jeremy is a member of ABMP, AHA, and teaches Continuing Education as a NCBTMB Approved Provider.

Mona has over 10 years of experience in the massage industry, she is originally from Thailand, where she got her start in Thai Massage in
2013. Mona has had the pleasure of calling a few beautiful places home over the years as a massage therapist; Phuket - Thailand, Hawaii, Florida's Panhandle, and now back, soaking up the beauty of Oahu Hawaii.
Having spent over ten years in various settings including owning her own Wellness Center and working with diverse clients, she is now excited about her new journey in sharing her experiences with others in her industry as a Massage Therapist Instructor. Some of the courses Mona will be teaching include: Spa Etiquette 1 & 2, Basics of Ethics, Ethics: You and your Co-Workers, Aromatherapy in the Treatment Room, The Art of Spa Draping, Practice What You Preach, Taking Care of You! and her pilot class Intro to Table Thai.

Her education, guided by Judith DeLany's comprehensive curriculum, equipped her with a range of modalities that she now employs in her own practice, Know Your Worth Massage. Cindy's passion for massage and commitment to helping others have also inspired her to share her expertise as an instructor
with Enlighten Continuing Education.

Over the years, she has honed her skills across various settings, embracing a wide range of massage modalities through continuous education. Her diverse clientele has enriched her practice and deepened her expertise. Recently, Charlotte has embarked on a new journey as a massage therapy instructor. She is enthusiastic about sharing her extensive experience and knowledge with other therapists, helping them to advance their craft. Charlotte is also a proud member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Tiffany Schonert, is a dedicated massage therapist with over a decade of experience in the field. She began her journey in massage therapy in 2010, working in diverse settings that include chiropractic offices and luxury country clubs. These early experiences gave her the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and client-centered care, allowing her to help a wide range of individuals find relief, relaxation, and improved well-being.
In 2015, she took the leap to start my own massage therapy business. Since then, she has been passionate about running and growing her practice, building a loyal client base through personalized, effective treatments. Her approach to massage is rooted in the belief that every person deserves customized care, and she strives to create a healing environment where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and rejuvenated. Tiffany is excited to share her experience and love for massage with other massage therapists through teaching. Some of the courses she will be offering include Ashiatsu, Body Wraps in the Dry Room, Spa Add ons and Marketing.

As the Founder of T Spheres, and Owner of Stephanie Whittier Wellness LTD, Stephanie brings over 30 years of massage and craniosacral therapies, pain relief innovation, multi-cultural massage practices, and extensive formal massage education to her company and product line. Stephanie graduated in 1990 from the Swedish Institute in New York City with continuing studies at the Upledger Institute in Florida and a Reiki Mastership in New York. Additional training in multiple modalities in the art of massage, include Newborn and Infant Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology and Thai Massage. She was instrumental in introducing therapeutic massage into the fitness and gym environment with her massage program at World Gym in New York's Lincoln Square in 1992. Stephanie's healing and massage practice is globally diverse and serves a myriad of clients; A-list celebrities, pregnant women, athletes, Broadway dancers, marathon runners, cancer patients seeking alternative care and natural pain relief, and business professionals who travel extensively. She has hosted T Spheres retreats and training programs at destinations like Solage Resort & Spa in Napa, The Henderson Resort in Florida, and onboard Celebrity Cruises for the Canyon Ranch Spa Club.
